Project Manager in Gaithersburg, MD

Currently seeking a Project Manager to work for 1 of our General Contractors that is permanently contracted at a large bio-pharmaceutical company located in Gaithersburg, MD. Our client is responsible for any construction services going on at the facility, specifically building renovations and facility maintenance. The Project Manager will be working directly under the Sr. Project Manager and will be responsible for various types of field supervision, involved in the estimating process as well as communicating effectively with various sub-contractors on a professional level.Requirements
